We do not accept any returns, unless the product arrives to you defective or damaged. You must report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of receipt. Upon proof of damage or defect (video/picture), we will issue you credit in full for the item or ship you a replacement (at our discretion). No exceptions!

We do our best to keep products in stock, but we will contact you if any discrepancy occurs between what our website has and actual inventory. 


We accept credit cards and PayPal for all orders.  For pick up or local orders we accept cash or e-transfers.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, EverythingBird shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. EverythingBird shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, EverythingBird will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.

Total customer satisfaction is our mission, however we have a no return policy on all of our items. This is a common policy among bird toy companies and is in effect for the safety of our customers' birds. By not accepting returns, we can guarantee that none of our items have come into contact with any birds.  This eliminates the threat of dangerous bird viruses being spread to your birds. 

Your pet's safety is important to us. Please remember all toys should be introduced under supervision and monitored daily.  No toy is 100% safe as there will always be a bird who will find some way to hurt itself with anything within its reach!
